HYPNOTHERAPY

Hypnotherapy is based on hypnosis. Hypnosis, on the other hand, is an altered state of consciousness. People in hypnosis do not sleep, they are just in an altered state of consciousness – the state of deep physical relaxation and altered rhythm of brain waves.

As we go through hypnosis the perception of time changes and the sensory and emotional component of mentality is expressed. We focus on our inner happenings, on various thoughts that appear in the form of words, images, sounds, smells, tastes, feelings. In this highly relaxed position, we hear everything that comes to us from the outside. Due to the deep relaxation accompanied by the alpha rhythm of brain currents, we are receptive to the therapist’s suggestions, i.e. messages with a therapeutic effect according to the difficult situation.

Breathing is calm, the face is relaxed, muscle tension is relieved, and so on.

Hypnotherapy is the path to ourselves, to the essence of our being, or to that unique individuality that characterizes each of us.

We are in a state where we can explore our deepest memories and beliefs, even the causes of the disorders that do not allow us to achieve certain desired goals. Changing these beliefs and causes brings an improvement to our life.

Since we are daily unconsciously exposed to the hypnosis of social factors (family, school, work, media on TV or social media FB, Twitter…) through which we form our opinions and views we must check whether these views and opinions are benefiting us. If they are not, they need to be changed.

In hypnotherapy, we do not deal with consciousness.

In the waking, conscious state, we operate with many mental restrictions, which often look as if we would not allow ourselves to improve the situation we want or achieve the goal we set. Even if the environment is encouraging us we often find it difficult to move on.

In a trance state, changing anchored attitudes is much simpler, as these conscious filters which we also call the critical factor, are turned off so that healing can begin and help reach into the depths of the psyche.

Changing habits and our thought is a process that doesn’t happen overnight. It is a process that requires a lot of effort and perseverance but with the right help, it is done much easier.

Try Hypnotherapy

Without confidence, hypnotherapy does not work.

It is necessary for the therapist and the client to share the right energy because trust during hypnosis is crucial otherwise the therapy might not be as successful. It is impossible to put a person into a trance if he does not have a sense of security and acceptance or if he is afraid of the very process of hypnosis.

Once the therapist and client have reached a sufficient hypnotic state, (the depth of hypnosis is monitored by the therapist), the therapist can begin therapy with suggestions. It is important to note that people under hypnosis do not sleep. Their senses increase. They are in a deeply relaxing state but well aware of their surroundings.

There are many techniques for accessing the unconscious mind. Hypnotherapy is one of the techniques by which we can easily access our unconscious (subconscious) mind.

  • With the help of a hypnotherapist, we become aware of thoughts and mentality that limit us to achieve our goals.
  • With the help of a hypnotherapist, we remove or change the thoughts that limit us.

We are daily exposed to the hypnosis of social factors that shape and affect our thoughts.

Hypnotherapy is recommended to everyone who despite their conscious effort have difficulty changing or improving things they want about their life and matter how hard they try they can’t push themselves further to get that change done.
